Meet The Team

​Jim started FedAdvantage back in 2007, after spending 15 years working with federal employees in planning their futures.  He has a Chartered Retirement Counselors (CHRC) designation from the College for Financial Planning in Boulder CO.  In his spare time he enjoys cooking, and spending time with his family.

Dan has been with FedAdvantage since 2014. He graduated from San Jose State University with a B.S. in Finance. When not at work, Dan enjoys spending time with his two kids, and sim racing. 

Kristen is a strategic-thinking, customer-oriented, sales professional who joined our team in 2022. She has a charismatic outgoing personality, enjoys conversation, networking and meeting new people. In her free time, she enjoys going on adventures with her three daughters and their dog Buckeye.

Teresa has worked at FedAdvantage since 2018. She received her associate's degree from the College of San Mateo. When not at work, Teresa enjoys gardening, reading, and spending time with family. 

Lisa has been with FedAdvantage since 2015. She graduated from San Francisco State University with a B.S. in Business Information Systems. When not at work, Lisa enjoys spending time with her friends and family, reading, and catching up on all the latest reality tv shows. 

Jamie has been with FedAdvantage since 2017. She graduated from San Francisco State University with a B.S. in Marketing. When not at work Jamie enjoys reading fantasy books, experimenting with different art mediums, and spending quality time with her niece and nephew.
