HR Support Services
As you know, your employees contribute towards their benefit programs; and with some programs such as FEGLI Option B, long-term care, or dental and vision insurance; they pay 100% of the premiums. FedAdvantage offers a portfolio of supplemental insurance products designed to help your employees "fill the gaps” in their benefits and offer alternatives that can save them money.

Our objective is to offer our supplemental insurance products by first educating your employees on their current benefits, explaining the financial exposure they may face, and lastly how our programs can solve their problem.

We understand your time is valuable which is why we initiated our "Rolling Open Season” schedule to maximize our time with you while minimizing your time spent on it. A rolling open season is designed to provide a fixed schedule that lets us focus our energy on you and your employees. Each open season lasts for 45 days which provides us enough time to be responsive to the needs of your employees.

Resources
We want to support you in your job by not only providing you with the information you need to communicate with your employees, but to provide you with the resources to direct your employees as well.
  • HR Packet – A file folder that is packed with information to answer any question your employees or you have, as well as phone numbers on where to direct them.
  • Employee Enrollment Roster – Each year during your open season at your request we can send you a list of your employees enrolled on our programs.
  • Communication Materials – We offer a broad selection of communication materials to meet your needs in both printed and electronic versions. Our materials include brochures, flyers, one-sheets, and announcements. These can be used in new hire packets, employee distribution, or as handouts.
Needs Based Education
Our communication correspondences to your employees focuses on needs based solutions, not product selling. While we are proud of our programs, we realize they aren’t right for everyone. Our education discusses the risk an employee faces, and what benefits our programs offer.

On-Site Educational Training
Using our rolling open season schedule, each month we offer a limited number of free on-site training programs. This training is designed to educate your employees on specific benefits and how our supplemental insurance products can help fill gaps in their benefits.  Our training is informal, lasting 30 – 45 minutes, and provides a perfect opportunity for both interested employees and current plan enrollees to learn more about our programs, ask questions, and gain a better understanding of the value of the programs. To request our on-site training, contact us using the HR contact form.

Health Fairs
Do you offer health fairs each year during the FEHB Open Season? If so, we would like to participate and support you at your event. We can come out to your facility health fair and can even offer one of our "Focus on” seminars to provide added value for attendees. To schedule us for your next health fair, contact us using the HR contact form.
