The first 3 plan options (Basic, Premier, and Premier Plus) combine the best of both a short term waiting period of 30 days and long term disability benefit duration. The Basic plan is a core disability plan that provide essential income protection. “Premier” has the Basic plan's features with additional benefits in Assisted Living Benefit and Lifetime Security Benefit.  The “Premier Plus” has all the benefit features of the Basic and Premier plus a Monthly Medical benefit that provides $200/month for 24 months. Our 4th plan option, Premier LT, is a long term disability plan with a waiting period of 180 days. Premier LT includes the Assisted Living Benefit and Lifetime Security Benefit.
